默認(rèn)登錄重復(fù)創(chuàng)建賬號(hào)問題

我們使用的CRMEB多店版系統(tǒng)，近期遇到重復(fù)創(chuàng)建賬號(hào)問題。

具體詳情：長時(shí)間未登錄的老賬號(hào)用戶，再一次登錄商城小程序的時(shí)候，會(huì)自動(dòng)創(chuàng)建一個(gè)新的賬號(hào)，用戶退出登錄，重新授權(quán)，賬號(hào)就變?yōu)槔腺~號(hào)，賬號(hào)里面的內(nèi)容顯示就正常了。下面展示一個(gè)問題用戶及其新生成的用戶數(shù)據(jù)

想咨詢下這個(gè)問題怎么解決。強(qiáng)制手機(jī)號(hào)登錄，以及微信開放平臺(tái)賬號(hào)都綁定了。還是存在這個(gè)問題。
